The beautiful weather in Southern California today reminds me of the great Saturday I spent with my wife and dog two weeks ago. So how does that relate to improving your finances and fitness at the same time? .........
Well, we spent that Saturday walking & running around town to tackle our errands. We took the term "run errands" seriously! By the end of our errands, we had traveled 13.2 miles (I have a GPS watch to measure distance)...a full half marathon!!
Not only did we improve our fitness with all that walking/running, we also saved money on gas. And best of all, we had a great family day and our dog absolutely loved us!
Anybody else ever "run errands"?!!
