Another way to set yourself apart from the pack is to take pride in advising your clients on their title vesting. How they take title on their home really matters. It isn't just another piece of data they should rush through when completing their home paperwork.
You should never provide legal advice, but simply making your clients aware of this detail is huge. You can be helpful, without getting yourself in trouble.
HOW YOU CAN USE THIS:
- During your clients’ home purchase transaction, make a point of telling them to consider a living trust. At least point out the fact they need to research the best title vesting for their situation.
