Last week I was at a shoe store perusing through the aisles, when I heard a kid (who appeared to be around 7 years old or so) say the coolest thing.......
The kid’s mom showed him a pair of shoes she thought he would like and at the same time said to him, “what do you think about these, they are on sale?”
The kid then turns to her and says “Mom, that’s still too expensive. Just because they are on sale doesn't mean they are cheaper and a good deal. They are still 40 bucks!"
Lesson to be learned from this kid: You can go broke saving money. Don’t buy things just because they are on sale.
